LR3 Technologies, LLC was organized in 2020 by Claude Luster III. The main focus was to consolidate the activities of multiple specialized entities under one SPV targeted toward two main platforms:
- The development of diversified, value-added conversion and transformational production facilities, and
- The sourcing, qualification, and commercialization of attractive novel IP technology associated with technologies of the aforementioned project development platform.

LR3Technologies, LLC (‘LR3”), is a project development and management company focused on the development of bioconversion facilities constructed and operated to produce biofuels, specialty chemicals and green energy. The company utilizes diversified and value-added conversion and transformation processes to deliver cost effective and efficient operating facilities. LR3 also sources, identifies, and commercializes novel and attractive IP technologies for use in the bioconversion business sector.
